Jungle Jim Wins in New York City

Jungle Jim – A Musical Wildlife Adventure was chosen to be part of the CreateTheater New Works Festival in New York City.

The performance won two awards: Joe Barros was recognized as Best Director of a Play or Musical, and Marilyn Campbell-Lowe and Danny K. Bernstein were given the Best TYA (Theater For Young Audiences) Production award.

Jungle Jim – A Musical Wildlife Adventure made its New York City debut at Theatre Row on 42nd Street as part of the New Works Festival. Joe Barros directed the enhanced staged reading, with Nicholas Reinhart as stage manager and Jim Radloff as designer. Marilyn Campbell-Lowe wrote the book, Danny K. Bernstein wrote the music/lyrics. Larry Little is Executive Producer of the show.

The annual New Works Festival ran from May 23, 2023 to June 11, 2023 at Theater Row, 410 West 42nd Street, in New York.
